Stores built to sell, not just to launch.
A store is only half a build. The other half is the admin your team lives in every day, the stock that has to stay right, and the traffic that has to arrive at a cost that leaves a margin. We build all three, which is why we do not hand over on launch day and wish you luck.
We have shipped this, not just pitched it.
SparkCycle
Storefront selling and renting bikes, with a separate admin panel for products, rentals and orders.
The problems we are normally called in to fix.
The theme fought back
A template that covered 80% of the requirement, and the remaining 20% is now costing more than a custom build would have.
Stock and orders live in three places
Website, spreadsheet and accounting package all disagreeing, and somebody reconciling them by hand every morning.
Traffic that does not convert
Ads spend rising while conversion rate sits still, usually because the checkout leaks and nobody has measured where.
Category pages that cannot rank
Thin category and product pages with no structured data, invisible for exactly the searches that carry buying intent.
Software and marketing for e-commerce.
Custom storefronts
Built on Next.js where you need control and speed, or on Shopify where the platform genuinely fits. We will tell you which.
Buy, rent and subscribe
Commerce models beyond a simple basket, including rental periods, deposits, subscriptions and hire agreements.
Stock and order administration
The internal panel your team actually uses, for products, pricing, stock, orders, returns and fulfilment.
B2B trade portals
Account-specific pricing, credit terms, bulk ordering and reordering for wholesale and distribution.
Product and category SEO
Structured data, canonical handling across variants and filters, and category pages built to rank rather than merely to list.
Conversion tracking that reconciles
Analytics and Ads conversions that match the orders in your admin, so reported revenue is real revenue.

Straight answers.
Shopify or custom?
Shopify if you are selling reasonably standard products and want to be trading quickly. Custom when your commerce model is unusual, rental, hire, account pricing, complex configuration, or when platform fees at your volume exceed what a build would cost.
Can you migrate our existing store without losing rankings?
Yes. Every indexed URL is mapped and redirected before launch, and we hold the old structure available until search has caught up.
Do you handle the marketing as well?
Yes, and for e-commerce we would push to. A store built without the traffic plan is a shop on an empty street.
Can you connect it to our accounting or ERP system?
Yes. Getting orders into the finance system without rekeying is usually the change that saves the most staff time.
Tell us what you sell and where it currently breaks.
A couple of lines is enough to start. You will get a straight answer on what it needs, what it costs and how long it takes.
Tell us what you need building and who it is for. You will hear back from the person who would do the work.
