Choose native when you need deep platform integration or performance Flutter genuinely cannot reach. For the large majority of business applications that is not the case, and paying for two codebases buys nothing a user will notice.

Flutter or React Native?
Either will do the job. Flutter renders its own widgets so the two platforms look identical, React Native uses native components so each looks native. We build in both and would pick based on your team, not our preference.
Do we actually need an app?
Often not. If people would visit occasionally, a fast mobile website serves them better for far less. Apps earn their keep with repeat use, offline needs or push notifications, and we will tell you if that is not you.
Who owns the store listings?
You do. The developer accounts are registered to your company, so you are never locked out of your own product.
What does maintenance involve?
iOS and Android both make breaking changes on their own schedule. Budget for periodic work to keep pace, and we would rather quote that honestly upfront than surprise you a year in.
